Just registered to this forum tonight.  Discovered it from the Registry site.
How long has it been around? 

BTW, allow me to introduce myself.
Long time Corvette owner and racing fan.  Currently living in middle Tennessee, but originally from Detroit MI.
Currently own #148 Ron Fellows edition 2007 Z06, and a 2007 Buick Lucerne. 
Have attended every C5/6 Registry bash since the first annual. 
Lifetime Museum member, and Master Ambassador for Z06Vette.com web site.  Also belong to Nashville Corvette Club, and an honorary member of the Bowling Green Assembly Corvette Club.

Hey Zippy,
How are you doing? Glad to see you got on the forum. 
My info:   Born and raised in South Dakota . Left SD after graduating from college and getting my ROTC
2 Lt commission.
Spent 6 years in the Army. Bought my first Vette ( 1976 BLUE Coupe) in Germany through the PX while stationed there 75-78.
Got my Masters Degree in Business Administration from Boston University while stationed in Germany.
Came back to states in 78, went to work for Procter & Gamble in Albuquerque, NM
Promoted to Denver. CO in 1979.
Promoted to Roanoke, Va in 1981.
Managed to stay in Roanoke my entire career.  Just retired in June of 2007
I have owned 8 Vettes so far:
76 Coupe - BLUE
82 Coupe - RED
75 Coupe- RED
69 Convertible - BLUE ( restored the 69, took 6 years)
98 Convertible - BLUE
2002 Z06 - BLUE
2002 Convertible - BLUE
2005 Coupe - YELLOW  ( my current ride)

I am a member of Star City Corvette Club in Roanoke
Blue Ridge Region Sports Car Club of America
Lifetime Member and Master Ambassador of the Corvette Museum
